Worthy Cause
At each year's Reunion Liturgy, alumnae support a group / organization / non-profit by their contributions to the offertory collection.
“The Women Centers of Greater Chicagoland” Receives Collection
Thank you for all your generosity given during reunion weekend, especially our offertory collection. Because of your kind thoughtfulness, we were able to raise $2,000. The Center is committed to saving babies from death by abortion -- and their mothers and families from a lifetime of regret. They offer staff, and a material needs assistance program, which offers nearly half a million dollars in tangible help to families in need. All this is wrapped up in a blanket of prayer support, centered around Our Eucharistic Lord, through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and adoration in the St. Jude Chapel.
Thank you Class Chairs!!!
Your help with the 2011
reunion activities made it
fun for all!
“Colegio Anexo San Francisco de Asís (CASFA)”
Bogotá, Colombia received the Basket Auction Proceeds
Thank you to the lucky winners of the basket auction and to those who donated money to this worthy cause. Over $2,000 was raised for
“Colegio Anexo San Francisco de Asís (CASFA)”. CASFA is a Spanish language, co-educational school, from pre-kindergarten through senior high, that serves children and youth from the low-income barrios in the northeastern neighborhoods of the city of Bogotá. The monies will be used for desks for the school. If you would like to purchase a desk and chair for $40 for the school, please make checks payable to Sisters of Saint Francis, CAFSA. You can send them to our office at 357 Gould St., Winona, MN 55987 or to Sisters of Saint Francis, 1001 14th St. NW #100 Rochester, MN 55901.
